An active campaign comprises those deals which will be advertised on your App that you want your customers to know.

Beacons are a radio transmission device that helps provide shopper location and hence solutions such as Indoor location and Proximity Marketing.
How are beacons charged? How often do they need to be charged?
Beacons’ batteries last up to 3 years. Once the battery is over we will provide you with a new beacon.
Once beacon is connected to the app, is there any wiring system? What are the installation costs of the beacons?
No, beacons do not require any wires, which makes this technology non intrusive with the design of your mall. To install the beacons you just need to remove the sticker and stuck them on the wall.
Do beacons need internet connection? How do they update the content?
There is no internet connection required for beacons to work. All the information is being transferred through bluetooth. So simple!
Can I buy a beacon?
In order to sell a beacon we need to have more information as for example, what type of beacon you require or for what purpose.
Do I have to buy new beacons when renewing my contract?
Beacons last up to 4 years. During that period you will only have to change the batteries of the device.
Can I advertise on pre-existing proximity beacons?
None of our beacons are available for third party advertisement. Therefore, if you decide to use Appadia, no one will be able to advertise on your beacon and you will have the exclusivity of the content posted at that location.
What type of shops can get the service?
Any business that wants a high quality proximity advertising platform that provides full-featured native Mobile Apps and Beacon infrastructure. Both Malls and Stores can hire our services.
Is the service worldwide?
Yes, Appadia is a software solution which can be used by any mall or store all around the world.
How to do a payment?
Once you have hired our service and we have discussed the details of our agreement, which will be based on the characteristics of your mall or store, you will only have to do a simple online transaction.
In which languages is Appadia available?
English, Spanish, German, French, Arabic and Chinese at the moment. If you’re interested on any other languages, please contact us.
Which information about my business do you need?
In order to provide the best service we would need to know a contact name, if you are a mall or a shop, the size of your business and, where is it located. If you have any website it would be useful so that we can give you the best solution.
